*Danny Glover* will be present at the opening night of the *8th Annual **
Boston** African Film Festival* *(February 16-25) *for a screening of his
film *Bamako* on February 16th at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.  Danny
Glover produces and appears in Abderrahmane Sissako's powerful indictment of
globalism, and will be participating in a panel discussion with local
experts following the film.  We also feature two films and a program of
shorts from the African Film Festival NY Traveling Series: the tender *A
Child's Love Story *and Dumisani Phakathi's South African family documentary
*Don't F*** with Me I Have 51 Brothers and Sisters*.  Other highlights
include *U-Carmen eKhayelitsha*, a South African version of Bizet's *Carmen*.
