Boston Area Djembe and Doundoun Workshops
With Mamady 'Wadaba' Kourouma from Guinea, West Africa
Dec 2, 3 & 4, 2005

Mamady Kourouma, nicknamed 'Wadaba' - the Great
Panther - for his powerful sound on the djembe, is
known as a premier apprentice to the legendary
Famoudou Konate. In his Boston-area debut, he will
teach traditional Malinke rhythms, djembe & doundoun
parts, arrangements and solos, and inspire you!

Workshop Schedule:
Each workshop is a stand-alone class. You may sign up
for one, two or ALL workshops offered.

* Intermediate/Advanced I
Saturday, December 3, Noon - 5 PM

* Intermediate/Advanced II
Sunday, December 4, Noon - 5 PM
